So the power pump features a strong acrylic 8-inch chamber with an inner jelly sleeve and rubber seal component and a detachable bullet vibrator for additional play. Coating the rubber seal with a generous amount of water-based lube, place the seal onto the cylinder and insert the penis into the sleeve. Cover the vacuum-release valve with your finger. Attached to the cylinder is a medical-grade hand bulb and stainless steel quick release pressure valve. Squeezing the bulb forces the power pump to remove air from the cylinder and create the vacuum sensation, but with total control to lessen or increase the strength of suction.
